Crash data reset

Audi-VirtualCockpit-Hero.jpg

The SRS module, also called the airbag electronic crash unit (ECU), is a critical electronic module in modern cars. The SRS module controls the deployment of an airbag by exchanging information with the car's engine. When a crash occurs that fits the ECU's safety crash set points the airbags will deploy as a result. Airbags are critical safety devices, therefore ensuring they are operating correctly is important. A new airbag ECU can be expensive whilst a donor airbag module from another vehicle will require additional coding to your car. Eurotronix can clear the crash data from your cars existing airbag ECU and reset the module to its original state providing a cost-effective plug and play solution.
